Cannoli

Ingredients


24 cannoli shells
2 cups ricotta cheese
3/4 confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 chocolate chips


  1. In a large bowl, whisk the ricotta cheese until creamy. Sift the allspice, confectioners’ sugar, and cinnamon into the bowl. Mix until incouperated. In a separate bowl mix beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks. Using a spatula, fold the heavy creaming to the ricotta mixture. Add chocolate chips.
  2. Place ricotta cream into piping bag. Fill shells through both end until full. Add option toppings.

Notes

Make sure you pipe the cream in slowly to ensure that you don’t over-fill the shell.
