Strawberry Cupcakes

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cake flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 sticks butter, softened
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 egg white
1 cup milk


  1. In a large bowl whisk together the flours, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Alternate combining the milk and dry ingredients.
  3. Line cupcake pans. Fill 3/4 of the way with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool. Decorate as desired.
