Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups cake flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- In a medium-large bowl sift together the salt, baking powder, both flours, and cinnamon.
- Cream together the sugar and butter on medium-high speed until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. On low speed, alternate adding the milk and dry ingredients.
- Divide batter into cupcake liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Notes
Add eggs slowly to ensure the butter does not get too cold.
