Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the sugar, butter, and zest. Add eggs.
- In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
- Alternate combining the dry ingredients and wet ingredients to butter mixture. Line cupcake pan.
- Fill each liner 3/4 of the way full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool. Serve as desired.
