Ingredients
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and confectioners’ sugar. Set aside. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks. Add dry ingredients. Place in individual bowls or molds. Serve as desired.
