Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 tbsp
2 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon


  1. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Line baking sheets. Roll dough into 1 3/4 inch balls. Roll ball into cinnamon sugar until completely covered. Place 3 inches away from each other on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Let cool. Serve as desired.
