Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 cups sugar
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups peanut butter


  1. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl cream together the butter and sugars. Add eggs and peanut butter. Gradually add the dry ingredients.
  3. Line baking sheets. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place 3 inches away from each other on baking sheet. Press down cookies with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-16 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool. Serve as desired.

Notes

Can be stored up to 3 days.
