Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz chocolate chips


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Line 4 baking sheets. Divide 2 tbsp of batter per cookie. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Let cool. Serve as desired.

Notes

Make sure cookies are spread apart before baking to ensure they don’t cook together.
