Banana Bread

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
4 bananas


  1. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl cream the butter and sugar together. Add eggs. Mash the bananas. Use a spatula to mix the bananas. Mix in dry ingredients.
  3. Place batter in greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes. Let cool.
