Chocolate Bunt Cake

Ingredient

1 3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cups milk


  1. In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and eggs. Add canola oil and vanilla extract.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Alternate adding the milk and dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Place in large, greased bunt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let cool. Decorate as desired.
