Ingredient
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cups milk
- In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and eggs. Add canola oil and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Alternate adding the milk and dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Place in large, greased bunt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let cool. Decorate as desired.
